Patato, Peas & Cheese: Fry
250 g Cheese pieces in Ghee/Oil till golden 2
chopped onions separately fry in ½ cup Ghee/Oil
till golden. Add 2 chopped tomato & cook for 2
minutes. Now add salt, Chilli & 3 tsp Chaubejee
Kitchen Maharaja and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add 4
peeled & cutted potato, half
cup peas & stir for 2 minutes. Add 3 cup water
le them simmer for 10 minutes. Add cheese pieces
and simmer again for 5 minutes. Sprinkle pinch full Chaubejee Kasoori
Methi or green coriander
leaves, stir and serve. |
