To
make 1kg. Meat, make fine paste of 3 onion, 1
piece of Ginger and 1 Garlic and add 250gm
strained curd and salt as required, keep the clean
and cut mutton in the above mixture approx. one
and half htrs. Fry 2 chopped onion in 150gm. Pure
Desi ghee or oil till comes to pink add in it the
ready mixture of meat and 6tsp of CHAUBEJEE MEAT
MASALA stire the mixture for 5 minutes, add water
as required, let cook it on slow flame till Mutton
pieces are tender and curry turns to thick.
Adorn with coriander leaves and Onion, serve hot
with NAN-ROTI.
