Soak 100g Red Kidney beans
for 12 hr. with half tsp. of salt and eatable
soda in 350ml water. Boil the beans for 25
Minutes in 600ml water. Fry 100g chop red onion in 50g Ghee/Oil till golden.
Now add 75 g Tomato. 15g Chaubejee Rajma Masala
& salt as taste then mix all to form paste.
Then transfer boiled beans along with water and
stir. Simmer for 10-15 minutes till beans become
tender.
You can also make Black Eyed beans in the same
mixture.
